Alice Abagnale
Alice Abagnale is the founder of Panta Rhei Studio, she is
Gyrotonic®
and
Gyrokinesis®
trainer, specialized in the
Gyrotonic®
programs for scoliosis, shoulder, and pelvic girdle issues and dancer's program.
She is also licensed Yoga and Pilates teacher and she is graduated in Psychology.
Native of Florence, Italy, Alice grew up practicing and competing in Artistic Gymnastics. During her Bachelor's studies in Psychology, her interest in meditation, spirituality, body practices and personal growth, led her to become a Pilates teacher in 2016 and to travel to India to deepen her practice of Yoga and meditation. She practiced Yoga and intensive meditation courses in various ashrams, experiencing the transformative power of these disciplines. Back in Europe, Alice worked as a Pilates and Yoga teacher and began her
Gyrokinesis®
and
Gyrotonic®
education in 2018 in Turin, Italy.
Alice completed Vipassana courses and certified Mindfulness trainings, which significantly influence her teaching style. She has worked with a wide variety of individuals, with different needs and goals.
Alina Jacobs
Alina Jacobs is working as a dance pedagogue and artist, certified
Gyrotonic®
and
Gyrokinesis®
trainer. During her BA of "dance in education" at Codarts (university of the arts Rotterdam) she started training in the
Gyrotonic®
method to understand and use her body’s complete capacity. Experiencing big changes in her own physicality she developed the wish to give this experience to others and thus she became a trainer. Several courses in both methods and work experience with diverse clients are her base to train people with diverse needs, questions, levels, ages and backgrounds.
At Panta Rhei Studio she offers sessions for individuals and groups for solving injuries, pain and physical restrictions, for preventing loss of physical functioning, for gaining a supportive posture and healthy movement patterns, for increasing flexibility, strength in motion, body connections and coordination, and as support for dancers to develop their full potential.
Véronique France
Véromique France is a professional ballet and neo ballet dancer. In her work as GYROTONIC® Trainer she enjoys building a strong physical foundation and finding the perfect solution for her clients, to accomodate the physical needs and level of every client.
Anatole Babenko
Gyrotonic® Trainer Anatole Babenko is a former ballet dancer, who worked in companies such as the Bordeaux Opera, the Zurich National Ballet and the Dutch National Ballet. He currently is a ballet teacher and Gyrotonic® instructor. Many years of working with movements were a good preparation for mastering the skill of a Gyrotonic® instructor. Anatole has experience with the Gyrotonic® EXPANSION SYSTEM for more than 8 years, constant updating of knowledge by taking new courses allows for a comprehensive and individual approach to each client.
