This beginners- friendly series lasts 16 minutes and will help you build a solid foundation to get faster results and progress with the exercise that we do together in the Studio.
All you need is a mat, chair and a small pilates ball (alternatively you can use a pillow, or a rolled blanket).
Through consistent practice, you’ll achieve spinal decompression, increased flexibility, improved proprioception (body awareness) and improved mastery of breathing patterns.
This is the first step in preparing for the full Gyrotonic® Homework Series, which will take your practice to even grater depths: but remember, consistency is the key, and true progress takes time! So stay dedicated, enjoy the journey along the way, and you’ll be ready for the next step.
